First Major Breakthrough

Thank you to those who've been praying!!!

A week ago I had my blood tests done and I'm happy to report that everything came swooping back down within the normal range!

My TSH level however (not pictured) isn't okay yet.

I'm still feeling good overall knowing that within only a month of taking Tapazole, and the dosage being lowered to half - twenty days after as I suggested due to hives - my body is responding relatively quickly!

Can you imagine what would have happened if I just went along with the next step that was presented to me - and had radioactive iodine therapy without even giving this medication a chance? I would have lost my thyroid gland by now. I don't find that thought comforting at any level.

Have a look at the graphs below and notice the dramatic improvements for someone whose condition was quite severe.

My hives also went away completely, after about 10 days of antihistamine, I decided to stop to test it out. They're gone and haven't been back since.

Praise Him! 🙌🏽🙌🏽

My liver enzymes (above) were elevated as well (Dr. M said she couldn't explain why) and it really got me worried. Not anymore today. Thank You God!

The moral of this story? Do your due diligence by getting informed, and take an active role in your healing. This means not taking everything at face value, and challenging your options - particularly if it is an invasive approach you're presented with. You're the only one who can make the right call - it's your body after all!!!
